I often get inspired to create items for my shop based on my personal needs, and this Fitness Journal is no different. I’m someone who likes to keep things organized, and I apply this to my fitness routine as well. While I could track my fitness in my Everyday Carry (EDC), I thought it would be more enjoyable to have a dedicated journal for it. (I find it more fun that way! 😄)
I didn’t want a planner with 365 days because I know I won’t consistently write in it every single day. That would just make me feel guilty and eventually stop using it altogether. So, this planner covers 12 months, and each month includes a workout planner and a section for gratitude (which is essential for a healthy and happy life!). I plan to use each month to schedule workouts, keep track of my weights (even though there’s a dedicated section for weekly weight tracking), and record my mood.
